HOW TO BE AN EXCELLENT PURCHASER
During my last training session, I asked the participants about their expectations. One of them openly admitted that she was new to purchasing and wanted to figure out during the training if it was the right department for her.
I find this approach fantastic because, as I explain during training, all of us should take a break from time to time to be sure that what we are doing is what we want to do. And if it is not, simply change and look for something new.
Therefore, the first and most important condition for being an excellent purchaser is to LOVE purchasing.
